  • August 25th -- Snack and Yak Ladies' Group, 6 - 8 PM in the AICS Office. Bring a snack and make new friends!
  • September 2nd -- Drum Practice, 5:00 PM in the AICS Office. 
  • September 7th -- AICS Office Closed for Labor Day.

  • September 26th -- Wonders of Wildlife Powwow, 10 AM - 6 PM. See flyer below. 
  • September 27th -- Wonders of Wildlife Powwow, 11 AM - 4 PM. See flyer below. 
  • October 10th -- Next Generation Powwow in Marshfield, 1 - 10 PM. See flyer below. 
  • November 14th -- 6th Annual Honoring Our Veterans Powwow at Missouri State, 1 - 10 PM. See flyer below.

Vendor Agreement

1. Vendors must supply their own Tables, Chairs, Tents, Canopies & Displays

2. Vendors must supply a $10 raffle item the day of the event. 

3. Vendors must follow set up and tear down times designated for each event. Early set up or tear down must be approved by AICS staff. 

4. Vendor spot is not guaranteed until you have been approved and have paid your vendor fee's. Vendor fee's MUST be paid in advance, not the day of. Payment may be paid online through the link below with Zeffy. 

5. AICS is not responsible for lost of stolen items or accidents

6. AICS cannot guarantee any sales or sales amounts, vendor sales at any event are subject to the budgets of those in attendance. 

7. Only registered Natives possessing a CDIB card can claim Native American-made. Otherwise it need to claim Native American Inspired. The Indian Arts and Crafts Act (IACA) of 1990 (P.L. 101-644)
